In the prolog you find remarks
about the history and ethnology
of string-figures, and the
explanation of the terminology.
At the end a method is described
to fix string-figures
(with two-compound-colour).
The book has 143 pages.
It is a book with games in
different grades of difficulty;
Paturi uses the figure terminology
of RIVERS and HADDON
(For example: ulnar radial).
The book doesn´t show
any intermediate stages.
But nevertheless it´s
a very interesting book!
(indisponible/not
available)
(critique d´Axel Reichert)
It is good too and has an interesting way of presenting string
games using a wooden frame and many pins and then coating
the string with some very strong glue !
(critique de
Philip Noble)
Voici un livre clair et agréable à lire. Une bonne
surprise.
Paturi
a fait comme Darsie avec son site. Mais un livre c´est mieux!
