Brendan Perry's new solo album is for next Spring 2001.
I heard a song in Quivvy church & it was really lovely, it recalling me some Dead Can Dance souvenirs...
Another 'chef d'oeuvre', i guess!
As Brendan said to me that he had losted too much money on his last tour, don't expect to see him in France for a show...but anyway as i stay in touch with him, i'll give you some news about concerts here!
Brendan had worked in 1997 on the album Greenwood-Voices of the Celtic Myth...on the title Balor's song, it sounds like the work of Hector Zazou,
it's great!!!
His website is open but please fro the completed version in Flash with a lot of goodies!
There will be in it a lot of true lyrics & may-be special MP3 work for fans...

I also heard in the French magazine 'Elegy' cd's (issue of May) the cover of 'In power we entrust the love advocated' by the dutch band 'The GATHERING' and it's a very fresh cover & a real pleasure to listen to Brendan's lyrics sung by a girl...

The participation of Lisa was pretty close to our expectations...with 'The battle, Am i not merciful?, Now we are free'
We have now to wait for the on-line show...certainly it'll more modern in interpretation, wait & see!
